Guidelines for Earning Points

Registered customers can currently earn RAWards points for the following actions:

  • 200 points: Registering on the site.
  • 100 points: Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.
  • 50 points: Following us on Facebook
  • 50 points: Following us on Instagram
  • With every purchase, you earn points based on the product prices and your tier; These points are added to your RAWards Points balance. Note: The rates mentioned below may be subject to change during an ongoing promotion

The exchange rate for RAWards Points

The value of RAWards Points is determined by an exchange rate that converts dollars spent on products into points, as well as an exchange rate that translates points earned into dollars for future purchases.

Current exchange rates:

100 RAWards points = $1 (Receive a $1 discount for every 100 points earned, with a minimum claim of 1,000 points. 

 

Managing your RAWards Points

You can view and manage your points through your loyalty account by clicking “Loyalty Points” at the bottom right corner of our website and signing in. From your account, you can check your total points, the minimum required for redemption, and a complete history of points earned, redeemed, and deducted.

 


 

Redeeming your RAWards Points

If you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them in your account, where a discount code will be generated for you. You can then use this code at checkout.
