Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and delivered Monday to Friday.
We ship all orders from Sydney via Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.
During busy periods, we and the couriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience.
Please note: All our parcels require a signature upon delivery to make sure your order reaches you safely. If you prefer, you can request a safe drop or grant authority to leave by leaving a note at checkout, contacting us before your order is dispatched (we’ll do our best to update it), or by contacting the courier directly once your order has been processed and is in transit.
For security reasons, safe drop requests may not be accepted for orders over $300 or for bulk shipments. In these cases, a signature on delivery will be required to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
If you choose the safe drop option and the courier confirms the parcel has been delivered, RAW Hair Group will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery. By requesting a safe drop, you agree to take full responsibility once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, shipping and return fees may be deducted from your refund. For full details, please refer to our

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping prices may vary depending on the excess weight of the order or the distance from NSW. Additionally, safety is our priority; therefore, items containing prohibited substances that may be explosive, flammable, or otherwise dangerous are not suitable for express shipping.
Need to cancel your order?
If you have changed your mind and need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order for you within 1 business hour* of the order being placed, but we cannot guarantee being able to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

Incorrect address/Need to change your shipping address?
If you have entered an incorrect address and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your address within 1 business hour* of the order being placed: info@ssshair.com.au. Outside of the 1 business hour of the order being placed, please contact Australia Post. You can also change the address yourself via the Australia Post or Couriers Please website using your Tracking ID provided.

If the order is delivered to the wrong address and sent back to us, once the correct address is confirmed, a postage fee of $10 will be incurred for sending out the order a second time. This must be paid before we resend the order.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information will be sent to you via email by Australia Post, CouriersPlease or Aramex. It may take 24-48 hours after placing your order to receive this email. Please check your email address for an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you cannot find it in your inbox, it may be in your junk/spam folder. Please check this before contacting us!
Return to sender
If an order is returned to us by the courier or Australia Post as “Returned to Sender” due to reasons such as incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be cancelled and refunded for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping due to the amount spent on products, we will refund the product total minus $10 to cover the shipping cost from our premises to the buyer’s address.
If you would like the order resent, a new shipping fee will apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the parcel.
Shipments To Other Countries
Sydney Salon Supplies also delivers to New Zealand. Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate starting from 16.62 AUD for all parcels weighing less than 250 grams. The following table outlines the shipping costs for parcels up to 5 kg. For parcels exceeding 5 kg, an additional fee will be applied prior to dispatch.
Please note that shipping to universities is not accepted.
