4. Collect from Surry Hills
Once you have received your Ready for Collection email, visit us during our collection hours, and our team will have your order ready.
How Long Does Click & Collect Take?
Click & Collect orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 hours, and some orders may be ready sooner.

Can I collect my order as soon as I place it?
No. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Collection email.
Your initial order confirmation confirms that your order has been received. It does not mean your order has been prepared for collection.
My order confirmation says my order was successful. Is it ready?
Not necessarily.
An order confirmation and a Ready for Collection email are different notifications. Please wait for the Ready for Collection email before visiting SSS Hair.
Why isn't every online product available immediately in Surry Hills?
SSS Hair offers a much larger product range online than we can physically hold at our Surry Hills location.
Some products may therefore need to be transferred to Surry Hills before your Click & Collect order can be completed.
