PLEASE NOTE: Mannequin heads require gentle and very cautious care. If shampooed vigorously, built up with a lot of product or stored incorrectly, the hair can matt and knot very easily. 

• We would not recommend shampooing unless absolutely necessary.

• If you do shampoo, DO NOT SCRUB. Rinse carefully and gently milk the shampoo through the hair (like you would with conditioner). 

• Use a light detangling product or leave-in conditioner and brush through the hair.

• Always dry fully before storing away. 

• Store upright, and tie the hair in a loose, low bun with no tension.
